Originally, I started helping family and friends and have branched out to serve a growing list of clients in Southern California. I have provided technical support for over 7 years in the residential sector through home visits, pick up / delivery, and drop offs of both laptops and desktop computers. Additionally, I have experience assisting in overhauling home networks, audio setups, and providing consulting on the best options for technology upgrades.
I have also provided support for over 3 1/2 years as a Desktop Support Engineer in a large corporate environment at a local utility company. I have a passion for helping people resolve their technical issues and allowing them to keep their focus on enjoying the benefits of technology.
